Before a property can be let, there are several matters which the owner or lettings agency need to do to ensure the tenancy runs smoothly, which is reliant on efficient property maintenance. Chroma now works with several letting agencies, on just that very thing!

We work with both private landlords and letting agencies to ensure that properties are well in good decorative order for the tenants, and ensure jobs are completed in a flexible but quick turn around to keep vacant properties to a minimum.

We have found that good relationships with the tenants allow Chroma to get access to the property at a time that suits the tenant, including during the evenings and at the weekends, rather than enforcing the tenant to take time off work for a viewing.
